Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days
of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full
refund for the price of the product. If any item is
returned to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition,
NO REFUND will be given. We are committed to make our
customers happy and stand behind all of our products.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded and there is a
5% restocking fee. Please see below for the proper way
to return or merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will
promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full
refund after you have returned the damaged or defective
item. You will not be charged any additional shipping
and handling fees for replacement shipments.
How to Return Your Merchandise
If you want to return your merchandise or if you received
a damaged or defective item please contact our office
immediately via phone or email and inform us of the
problem. We will give you a RMA number that you need
to include in your return. Please ship your item in
it's original packaging to:
