Change your life today!

Are you looking for more simplicity, more balance, and more inspiration?  Simply Put Together offers just that. This 2009 Planner is a three part planner that works for you to make you more organized, balanced and satisfied with your life.

Let's face it, life is busy.  Even when you work on slowing down, it can seem like you can't even put a dent in your schedule.  For me, after years of working as a psychotherapist, I got tired of recommending wonderful self help books for my patients that sat week after week on their coffee tables or bedside tables.  It wasn't that the books weren't good, there just wasn't time.  Not to mention, if we really want change, we have to work at it over and over.  Reading a chapter once won't do it for many of us.

So many times, I heard things like, "I just don't have the time to read."  "I am too tired by the time I get home, to work on feeling better."  "I barely remember my name at the end of the day!"  "I don't even remember what I read in the last chapter."

Simply Put Together is for those of us who want a better life, but have a hard time getting there.  It's for those of us that have too many important things fall through the cracks because of disorganization. It's for those of us that want to be able to stop long enough to enjoy what matters, to learn how to prioritize, but need a path to get there.

This book is about putting an end to forgetting important events, double booking yourself or watching days, even weeks, slip through your fingers. So many people I have worked with have tired of trying over and over with little or no change.  They want things under control and they want it to be better.

I designed Simply Put Together with my patients and myself in mind.  I wanted to stop the "slippage" for myself, too.  I knew my patients and I knew myself.  Change in dramatic, big chunks just doesn't seem to work.

This is how the book works.  It has 3 "parts."

Pragmatically, it's got what you need to schedule your day-to-day.  Weekly and monthly calendars, birthday and anniversary lists, projects pages, even a pocket that fits all your paperwork. Take a look.

1. Be More Organized
This organizer is well equipped to handle your needs!
It includes:

  • Monthly Overview Calendar
  • Weekly Planner
  • Birthday and Anniversary List
  • Phone/Address Book - ( business card section in large version only)
  • Special Projects Sheets
  • Front and Center Sheets for information you need at your fingertips
File pocket for supporting materials - invites, event schedules, etc.

Second, it is filled with unique tools I have created for getting the maintenance of your life under control!

2. Be More Balanced
The Daily Organizer uses a grid system that is so simple you won't believe how much the pressure of managing your life will be lifted! This system will balance your everyday commitments. It is built into the planner and has both home and office systems to help you get the job done effortlessly.

"Simply Put Together has already become invaluable to me - you've really simplified the process ... just as the title promises! Simply Put Together has helped me schedule in the things that I need to do to take care of me and now have become a part of my life."

The third piece of this book is the 7 Steps To Simplicity.  We all are looking for balance, happiness and better relationships.  The 7 Steps To Simplicity tools are woven through your daily planner.  Work on them in only minutes a day.  Over time, those illusive goals will be yours. Take a look at the specifics.  These 7 Steps are the basis of the tools that will be given to you within your planner, one little "bite" at a time.

3. Be More Satisfied With Your Life
The 7 Steps to Simplicity is about creating balance, enrichment and life satisfaction. The Steps are:

  1. Slow Down - Learn techniques that show you how to rejuvenate yourself. Create the time and mind-set to think about your aspirations.
  2. Manage it - Become expert at time management, organization and committing to your goals.
  3. Try it - Discover the importance of trying new things as well as trying to look at things in different ways.
  4. Practice wellness - Develop strategies to make self care part of your everyday life.
  5. Think of others - Recognize your role in the world around you and how to relate to others in effective and healthy ways.
  6. Free yourself - Understand the chains of negative thought and learn how to free yourself to be positive in thought and action.
  7. Seize the day - Become skilled at living in the moment and embracing the excitement and joy of life.

Each month has a fresh take on Maria's "7 Steps to Simplicity" which will open your mind to how you can create a better life in an ongoing way all year long. These prompts are sure to make a positive difference in how you live your life.
